Carlos was able to come in handle the job with efficiency and time wise. Thank you. Sears you need more like him also you need to have more humans to answers the phone. The online is for non verbal communication but when you call in a human would be wonderful to talk to someone

He did a great job fixing the washing machine. However, he came an hour early. The message left by Sears said that since we were not home…we would need to reschedule. We had to scramble to get someone to our home quickly. Our scheduled time was 1-5pm. He came around 12:00. Why would we need to reschedule if he came before our scheduled time slot!
