Technician help as best he could but part for this washing machine no longer available. The technician was very polite and help best he could. I wish that the make and model type could be looked up before the technician comes to make sure that parts are available, so I would not be charged a service fee for something that could not be fix. Not technicians fault, this makes Sears service faulty. They should ask these questions before hand. I even called Sears customer service before the technician came to make sure it could be fixed but they said they could not and the technician also said he could not do that until he comes in to look at the washing machine.

Always pleased with Sears Customer Service. Our 20 year old clothes dryer stopped working. Given the cost and reliability of a new dryer we scheduled a Sears technician. The fact that he had the repair parts on his truck and completed the repair in one trip made my wife happy. We have used this appliance daily for 20 years and look forward to another 20. The cost of repair versus a new dryer made me happy.
