Unfortunately, my fridge has been having a tough 6 months. It has started to show its age and its underlying illness. Five weeks ago my fridge had received it yearly service maintenance and a scheduled check up. My fridge was crashing, Sears who has served my appliances for years ( 32 yrs as a matter fact) tried to revive it. Its first attempt, a major job only last 5 weeks. Now I have to send my Kitchen Aid fridge to the place where fridges go. Sears had offered me a replacement fridge which I am grateful for. I hope it does as great as the two before it. Thank you my Fridge and Thank you Sears . From a 32 yr old satisfied customer who has purchased service protection agreements. Thank you very much to all our technicians. Your the best!
