Gabriel is awesome!!
After being completely fed up with this company for being given the run around for over a month waiting for my washer to be fixed, Gabriel called and said that he was on his way to my house. Although I was hopeful, I knew that the parts still hadn't arrived (after 1 month). Gabriel said that he would still come and check it out to see if there was anything he could do. Needless to say, he was able to diagnose and fix my washer with parts that he had on his truck. Fast forward to today, I was reluctant to make a claim for my dryer, but I did, and when I saw that Gabriel was going to be the technician, I felt relieved. Again, he was able to diagnose and fix the dryer with no questions asked. Gabriel is a true professional and a master at his craft. To say we appreciate how he goes above and beyond is an understatement. If it were not for Gabriel, I would have found a different home warranty company.
