LG oven - oven ignition failure
This was my fourth visit for the same issue. There has been multiple delays and rescheduled appointments without any results thus far. ROBERT was very professional and diagnosed the issue right away. He replaced the bake igniter tested moved the machine back into place and tested again. He was very thorough and solved the issue. Thank you very much.

Daniel explained how the bellows (the large rubber seal around the door of our front-loading washer) was misaligned and causing water to puddle at the base of the door. He was quick and efficient at adjusting the bellows and verifying the repair before he left. Throughout his visit he was respectful and patient with our questions and thoroughly professional. This is probably one of the worst experiences I've had yet with your company. Let me tell you first of all the Jim was absolutely wondering. He diagnose the problem and said the part would probably take a week, but he went out of his way to go find it somewhere and came back the next day and put it in so he gets 5+ stars. However, your customer service trying to get a hold of a human being completely sucks. It's terrible terrible. You make it so difficult and obviously you're avoiding trying to have any kind of human contact which is pathetic because sometimes the problem needs to be dealt with a human not a machine. Also, one of the phone numbers is no longer in service. Hasn't been for two years yet they continue to use that number to text when they're coming to my house, I got absolutely no text messages because they were texting the wrong phone number. I finally got a hold of a Human and he said he took it off the roster and yet today the gentleman still had it in his system. You guys can do better
