Took far too long to get parts and then service. Hot weather in southern California and we did not have a refrigerator for 6 weeks. Many Sears repair people would come check it out. Some seemed better trained than others. They were all very courteous and did their best to assist us. Ice maker constantly not working. Will never buy Samsung again . Feel they should give me a new refrigerator.
