The person who came was edúcate and professional . He knows his job , he checked my oven and he said it was ok . Sears advice ne to pay $120 to come to my house and make the diagnosis but never menciones extra $50 for maintenance . I have to pay $170

Jim was very polite and honest. No fault to anybody, the needed part for my appliance took a long time to arrive, which was frustrating. It took several days before I figured out that I could track the delivery progress of the part myself. But Sears did a good job of keeping me on the schedule. I guess that was both bad and good— good that I didn’t fall through the cracks or have to keep calling to reschedule, but bad because I blocked off every day (for 5 days) whenever Sears sent me an email stating that my appointment would be the next day. When Jim did the repair he was kind and quick. But in his hurry he forgot to perform a cleaning on the appliance that he had previously mentioned. Four stars.
