I am now longer keeping the warranty with sears because they had me to pay for the service because they said I was out of my contract even though it was active they won’t pay me back so I cancel them I just people to know when schedule they have two systems that they use if you schedule on the website it’s out of contract but if you call it’s in the contract so please don’t go on the website make sure to call. I have been with sears forever but they have changed . Also this is the second time they came out to fix the same problem that the last tech did that’s pretty sad and they are supposed to be professionals so let’s see how long this repair last.

Enrique was fine. He did what he could. This entire experience of w9orking with this home warranty program has been a nightmare. A I voices...no live person...when you do get a live person, they svedule an appointment..then in y0our email you get a "reschedule". A total waste of time (mine)...money and resources. Going to report this to a better business bureau if my LG washer isn't fixed or a new one purchased. The first guy that was her...said he fixed it....he did NOT FIX IT. Called they set up a video for yesterday...then I get an email saying it had been rescheduled!!!!!. Horrible service. I can see why Sears is going out of business.

Repair man was courteous enough, but came late and immediately walked in telling me the warranty was only one year on my compressor. He opened the back panel, confirmed the compressor was bad, and quoted me over $1100 for the repair. I read that my compressor has a 10-year warranty, but I keep getting told it’s one-year. The part was already replaced once under my extended maintenance plan/warranty. Disappointed in the outcome.

The Repairman was GREAT. However I was charged for a second visit ( on 7/10) when I was told that my previous visit ( on 7/8) was still under warranty and I would not be charged a second "visit" charge for the second visit. Their phone system is terrible because I could only "talk" to an AI bot and couldn't talk to to a real person. It is so bad that the repair man also could not talk to a real person.

Appointment on Wednesday, between 1-5. Wife stayed home from work - no on showed, no one called. Email sent giving us a 15% discount if we reschedule, but discount link is "unavailable". Setup appointment for next day. I drove into work to get my computer in order to work from home so I am here when they arrive. Appointment is scheduled from 10-2, it's now 2:45, no one has showed, no one has called. I called the automated line, there is no way that I can see to get a human on the line, the recording stated that "the appointment scheduled is in the past and the tech is two stops away, that he'll call me when he's on his way." I'm not holding my breath that they show.

Never extend your warranty with sear if your technician is Enrique he will come to your house waste Sears’ money by order all these parts and then schedule your next appointment and no show on a Saturday and then come and he will break your parts and then order more parts and then say he order them when he leaves but wait two days and then order them and they don’t come when he says they will and he’ll show up and says there’s another part on its way and then promise he’ll be back to fix it between 3-5 the same day and never show and when you call sear 800 home you will get the run around and they don’t know where their technician is and why he has an open ticket and then no shows even though he says he’ll be there and sear will send messages and call him and he won’t answer all so he can tell you that hes not coming and without looking at anything at your house of the parts that were delivery will say he needs a screw and might have to order that and it will take a week just so he does not have to do the work and put the washer together. I will say Lois from customer service sear is amazing and definitely helped me to report Enrique so I never have to deal with him again and reach out to his manger but have not heard from him due to hes on vacation but his replacement in command has yet to reach out to me, and was supposed to by yesterday before Enrique showed up again I hope no one ever has to go through this ever again this is my second Enrique has done this with my washer once in January 2023 and now nov 2023.
