I’m not satisfied with the outcome. My dryer still is not working and the same error code is displaying. I need a technician that is very knowledgeable of all in one combo washer and dryer. The technician even had the nerve to tell me to go buy a cheap dryer because they don’t sell the parts to my washer and dryer combo. If that’s the case then my machine should be recalled because that means I purchased a product that parts is not made for me to be able to fix. This is crazy to me. Sears need to hire real professionals technicians that knows what their doing.

Just did the work and left quietly, and the problem still remains. Most companies test the machine and show you that the problem has been solved via demonstration, but Gabriel felt demonstration wasn't necessary I guess. Well, the problem is still there, and now Sears has to send out someone else.
