Prateek gave good service and gave me some helpful information on my refrigerator to keep running at it's best.

I made and appointment and it was cancelled by Sears less than an hour before the end of the day. What a joke of a company that used to have good customer service. I would not recommend!

Well after 3 hours he fixed it saying that there was a different problem he didn’t install the valve properly.
