Randy recognized our oven issues immediately on his first visit. We previously received a misdiagnosis, waiting for parts we didn’t need for 2 months, very frustrating experience. Randy returned 2 weeks after his first visit to put the right parts in. Works great! Thank you Randy!!!!!
