At the initial visit circuit board ordered. following week circuit board replaced the machine now has power. Now the leak is addressed. Part ordered and another week for repair. That appointment canceled by company due to technician changes in my area. This was the day of appointment and two hours before appointment schedule. Rescheduled a week later and front washer gasket replaced. After putting in the new gasket a larger leak occurred under front of machine. The technician had to use one of my beach towels to clean it up. He did some more tweaking I guess, and was out of the house quickly. He didn’t explain if fixed and did not have me sign off the work being completed. I went in to check found towel on parts box soaking. He had run a rinse and spin cycle that was still going.When the cycle was going found water under washer. Ran a wash cycle to make sure it wasn’t left over water from his towel clean up. Washed the used towel and three more towels. Leak is more significant than original that was coming down the front of washer from door. Leak now coming from center screw in front and underneath washer! Now different problem after service. Maybe that gasket not put back correctly?

I couldn't understand the Ai and it hung up on me twice... switching to Ai for customer service was a bad decision.

Technician was very professional and prepared. However, unsatisfied with service because the primary issue was not resolved. The complaint was the dishwasher was not draining and still the dishwasher will not draining after the The technician has left . Service fee completely was wasted.

I made and appointment and it was cancelled by Sears less than an hour before the end of the day. What a joke of a company that used to have good customer service. I would not recommend!
