Technician was Great!
Gagik was great! He explained all of my options and showed me how to maintain my refrigerator for efficiency. He took extra time and measures to assess the issues with my fridge and made sure he left it in working order!

Bernard is the best
To be honest, we had a horrible experience with Sears Home Repair. Appointments were cancelled at the last minute and then the earliest day they could give us would be a week later. The first repairman neglected to order the repair part. HOWEVER, Bernardo was terrific. He was the only person who actually knew what he was doing and seemed genuinely concerned about us. He even came by after his shift ended to make sure the repair was done. Not crazy about Sears but cant recommend Benardo highly enough
