Although the part we needed was no longer available, it rendered the dryer completely unusable. Thirty-plus years on the dryer, so I'm not complaining. However, the technician was the best. Great attitude and very helpful in outlining my moving forward plan, and I am entirely pleased with this experience.

Ovik was terrific. I would recommend him. He was the second service call to fix my refrigerator. Two days earlier a Sears technician came and said there was nothing wrong. There was, it wasn’t getting cold. Ovik saw the problem immediately and fixed. It wasn’t a big deal to solve.
