he was informative as all other techs were not. We have had same problem of freezer icing up after 3 times problem solving. Tech says to defrost freezer for 4 or 5 days. Then plug back in so inside of door will thaw out. This is unrealistic. It will take us 6 months to empty out what is in the freezer. We need sears to replace the unit. Now the display on outside of door fading so you cant see what number is on it.

I booked a service visit from 8am-12pm. My technician didn’t arrive until 2pm. He did an excellent job. I have no complaints about him. Clearly he was overbooked since he wasn’t able to arrive within the 4 hour window. I blame Sears for that. My service took only 30 minutes to complete. An efficient booker would have placed me first, not after a more complex repair, if that was the reason for the delay. I had to move another appointment because he was 2 hours late. Francisco deserves 5 stars, but Sears deserves 1.
