Stanislav was great. Friendly, professional, efficient. But I have a problem with being charged $100 for a repair, when for the last 23 years I was never charged for a Sears repair with my Sears Master Protection Plan.

Tony arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. He was here for an AC checkup, which is included with our home warranty. He explained each step to me as he worked Our AC was working well and after hearing how the system worked I felt confident that we will weather a hot summer to come with ease.
