Christopher was on time, he called for directions to find us in our mobile home park, and he offered useful insights about our water heater issue. He confirmed his diagnosis that we need a replacement in a phone call with another tech, and then placed the replacement order with Rheem. He told us what the next steps would be and gave an estimated time line for the replacement.
