Francisco let me know early in the day what time he would be here, and called 5 minutes before arrival. He was on time as he predicted in his text. Before he began, we went over the order and costs. Once approved he said the service would be about 45 minutes and it was. He then represented the bill, and had me check for accuracy. At the end my receipt was sent to email. He also left the space spotless. He represented everything I expect from Sears, top quality at a reasonable price. He us a credit to your company.

Sergio was great! However, our experiences before Sergio was assigned were horrendous. First, it took four days for our first diagnostic appointment. Then it was another 8 days until the appointment for replacing our refrigerator compressor. This was first cancelled by Sears because we were told the parts had not arrived. I had to call and let them know that the parts were safely at our home. Then the assigned technician failed to come or even contact us and we waited four hours in vain. Finally, Sergio was assigned, arrived the next day in a timely manner and did a great job!
