Excellent service was notified ahead of time of his arrival. Once Ronald arrived he asked questions about the appliance after I described the challenges it was having he was able to diagnosis and repair it all at the same time no part needed to be ordered. He then service to the other appliances as requested ensuring that they were all running to their best capacity. Giving me information on how to maintain them to keep them running well. He arrived on time and took and worked quickly and efficiently. Very nice man very nice personality would recommend him to anyone. I will continue to buy Sears appliances whenever possible as I have always had their warranties and the appliances run well and when any problem arises they are fixed promptly
