Very poor service, fridge not dispensing ice cubes, second in-home appointment, I get charged for the visit and all technician says is: I need to eat all the food in the refrigerator and leave it unplugged 48 hours so they can work n it. I call and no one knows what to do. seriously horrible service with Sears very disapointing.

They kept changing the date and time for my repair without notifying me. They even showed up on days that they should not have as I had appointments . The tech that finally came was very nice and

Today, 6/25/24, technician came totally unprepared with the knowledge of work the previous technician had completed on 6/17/24. I had to explain what to take place several times based on the tech’s instructions of 6/17/24. I was left unsatisfied that the work was completed properly. The tech of today was very unprofessional i.e., no tool bag and no reference documents of work previously completed and somewhat argumentative. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. There is no level of comfort that today’s work was completed properly. Today’s technician was Ronald.

Jorge C, who was our technician, was great!!! However, Sears Appliance Repair canceled our appointment three times and then reschedule the appointments for 2 weeks later each time. Therefore, it took six weeks from the time of the first visit for them to come back once the parts were received in order to finish the job. The cancelations occurred on the day of the appointment after schedules had been altered to accommodate the technician coming between a four hour window. I tried calling after each cancellation to understand why it was canceled and to see if a technician could come earlier than the next schedule appointment. However, the call center is useless!!!

“Sears” service is now done by 3rd party companies. 1st service appointment was many hours late, with no change notification. 2nd service was postponed to another day and I wasn’t notified until very late in the day. Labor is way overpriced. And service could have been done in just one visit, with better coordination on “Sears” part. Never again will I seek “Sears” repair service.

The repair man was at the end of a shift on a rainy day and I understand that but was very indifferent about the care he took for the appliance. Unfortunately that wasn’t the only issue as he didn’t complete the repair and did not put the oven back as it originally was. Will have to make another call for them to come back and do another evaluation and to fix the oven as it was.

If this is the kind of service Sears now provides, I will not recommend or use them again for any type of appliance repair. This service person came in took a look at my dryer, spent more time looking up the model and serial number then told me the parts I would need for repair. The parts totaled under $200 and he quoted me a price of over $600 for repair without even looking at the dryer. He took nothing apart. He was here a total of 15 minutes and I still had to pay the $99 service fee. I don’t understand how anyone could quote that price and tell me the parts I need without even looking into the machine!! I felt it was highway robbery!

The service person came at 4:45 pm and left by 4:50pm this afternoon. This person was here first time few weeks ago and said he needs to order a part and left. Two weeks ago or so someone else came and said the other service person was wrong and he needs other parts and he ordered other parties and he was supposed to come to fix the stove last week but no one showed u for the appointment. We called again and they said they will send the last service person today and not only he did not come the original device person came and he very rude and calling the other service man a lier and was not very complimentary of Sears services and said I have to find out what that guy has done, but he left. This guy was very rude and very obvious he dose not like his job and his employer. We are tired of buying a new stove and being broken after a month and you guys playing games with sending reliable people to fix it. We want to taik to the manager!!!!
