Francisco was highly skillful. He worked quickly on finding what the issue was with our washer, and fixing it. He was friendly and easy to deal with. You know an expert when you see one. I also commend Sears for acting immediately on our request, unlike other service providers who wanted us to wait for a week before they could send someone.

You don't deserve an employee as tactful and helpful as Andrey. He tried his very best and was able to give me one hint that I could try to do my wash on "delicate." It certainly won't fix the problem, which is in the basic design ! I've had Kenmore products for years. In fact, I finally gave up on my prior top-loading Kenmore. It served me well for many years. This one is a disaster. If I can think of any way to discredit their product, I will do my best !
