I called Sears on Friday and told them I needed my washer checked out and Jaun came out on Monday to see what was wrong with it. He did all the tests on it and knew what he was doing.

Chris, the tech was at my house working on my air conditioning unit. He was able to get the air to come out cool on my unit. He explained what he was doing to correct the problem of the pipes freezing. He would not leave until he could correct the problem. He was at my house three times in five days. He went above and beyond what most tech would do. I highly recommend them.
