My technician was superb. Very thorough, found the problem, ordered the necessary parts and did the service perfectly. That’s said Service from Sears is TERRIBLE. Their technicians are excellent. Their service is ABYSMAL. You cannot reach anyone. Sears cancels appointments the day of - even after the appointment time. Everything is AI and you can never speak to anyone. Do not get a contract with these people. They are TERRIBLE.
