My technician was superb. Very thorough, found the problem and Now I need a new part, which may or May not be available. That’s said Service from Sears is terrible. They’re Technician are excellent. Their service is Abismal. You cannot reach anyone. Although I had requested a change of address several times. They still don’t have my address correct? And it was a problem. Getting the serviceman to my Home today after waiting for hours. Everything is AI and you can never speak to anyone. Do not get a contract with these people. They are terrible.
