Technician didn’t show up today. But that I can understand, he got caught up on another job. The worst experience so far is that after over 1/2 year no one has been able to repair a simple issue with Icemaker And customer service is the worst ever. Rating minus-

I gave him five stars for coming because I’ve been waiting for this appointment for two days and they threw in two extra service calls and he still came at like 530 at night to fix my washer. He was fast and he efficient when I really appreciated him coming.
