I want to Thank Sears Appliance Repair for such fast service! This past Monday, Sears Appliance Repair technician came out to check my washer, since the agitator broke at the base. While he was here, he found the problem & called in for the parts to be replaced. Yesterday I received a text that my part would be delivered & I could schedule for a technician to come out and install. Today, Thursday the technician came out to install the new agitator & now I have a working washing machine, YAY!!! Thank you Sears Appliance Repair!!

Ryan the repairman was great. I wish I could say the same about the schedulers at the Sears warranty department. They scheduled a return visit for the tech. Unfortunately, the part needed for the repair was on order and wasn't going to arrive until after the service appointment was scheduled. Because the parts had not arrived yet, I canceled the appointment and rescheduled but they didn't bother to tell the technician. So he made an unnecessary visit to my home when I wasn't there. I rescheduled again. The day of the appointment came and I waited and waited. Nobody showed. I called Sears and they told me they had the appointment scheduled on the books but nobody assigned a technician to it. Which essentially means I didn't have a valid appointment since no repairman was assigned to the case. I wasted half the day waiting for the repairman. Finally, I got it rescheduled and everything went smoothly on the repair of a washing machine. So thumbs up for the tech. Not so much for Sears Home Warranty Department.
