The technician was very polite, and friendly. He was able to replace the part ordered for the washing machine though it still requires 2 more parts that will hopefully get the machine working normally again. Also, he was able to fix our dishwasher, for which we were waiting on a part to arrive. Luckily, he had the part and was able to fix that too. We were very pleased with his service.
