Francisco was later than scheduled but that was not a problem because he called to make sure it would be OK. He diagnosed the problem and helped me make the decision to repair rather than to abandon the machine as it was costly. Because things are made so poorly now, I opted for the repair so I could keep my older better made machine running. Only time will tell if that was a good decision, but I am optomistic it was. While he did not have all the parts necessary for the repair on his truck, fortunately another technician in the field did, so Francisco was able to return to my home later to complete the fix.
