Ryan was an amazing technician. Called me when he arrived at the location. Called back when he had difficulty reaching my tenant at the location. Called back to say how the service call went. Gave me info on how to order a part that was not covered under my warranty. He was so thorough, personable and professional. Amazing service compared to what I have been dealing with, for the last 2months, under my Sear Master Protection plan. Great Employee!

Francisco is courteous, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. He was quick to repair my broken dryer in ONE visit! I had been suffering with a broken dryer for 5 weeks and originally, Sears’ warranty sub-contracted an inept appliance repair company (Total Appliance Repair in Glendale), who kept showing up, ordering the wrong parts, and were rude and incompetent. FIVE WEEKS! Thankfully, Sears FINALLY assigned the authentic Sears Appliance repair, “A&E Factory Service,” and now I have a functioning machine again! ONE DAY! Thank you, Francisco for your expertise!
