Really polite professional Repair man, Francisco is great. I'd hope I get him every time I need a repair on my washer or dryer.

Technician arrived asked me what was wrong with the washer. I told him what was going with the washer. He opened up the washer. He located the issue immediately I did ask him. Is it possible to have a repair today? He says let me call him to see if there’s a part we can pick up He had a collie or the parts department deliver the part to my address. He came after he was all done with his runs of the day. He was the best technician I’ve ever had.

The technician was great. Scheduling was absolutely awful. Sears/Cinch arbitrarily changed the appointment without consultation. Couldn’t reach them on the phone,which was also unacceptable.
