I waited all day for my technician to arrive, even though I was scheduled for a 8am-12 noon time slot. He arrived at 4pm!!

Still have an ice maker on a new refrigerator that doesn’t work. Technician tried but unable to fix problem. Ice maker needs to be be replaced.

Your employee at my home was excellent. But your phone communication with client (me) at your company was difficult. No person to talk to of the refrigerator problems. Only to schedule and reschedule. NO Live Person to explain my mechanical problems!!! Very Expensive!

Freezer was fixed today for now?? from water leaking into the bottom of the Freezer and freezing and with some much ice at the bottom it would melt and run out onto the floor.. This problem has been going on for years.. and now with so much water freezing it has now Cracked the inside lining of the Freezer.. I'm now waiting to see what Sears is going to do about this?? Like I said Sears has been trying to fix this problem and have not so now it is even a bigger problem with now the inside lining Cracked.. (see attached pictures)

Technician guy came for about 15 mins and not much explaining problem. Only recommended to buy a bottle of dishwasher cleaner.
