The technician who came out was prompt, courteous and professional and would get five stars himself. The problem was with the outrageous repair estimate. The repair amount was very close to (and in some cases more than) the price of a new machine. This prompted me to visit You Tube where I was able to see how to repair it myself. Bought the part the next day, installed it with basic tools and saved myself hundreds of dollars. Whoever Sears uses as contractors for their repair service better realize that the internet has demystified many of these types of repairs.

AI is good, but sometimes customers need to talk to a real person, AI definitely can not handle 100% of all our concerns . Gagik the technician need a intensive training on customers service no to lye or falsified customers reports including falsification of signature.

After changing my appointment date 3 times and rescheduling without so much as a phone call The technician arrived at 5:30 after the note from sears was that he would arrive btw 8 and 12. A day lost to bad communication. Seriously thinking about canceling my home warranty. The tech was good and the service was completed. The scheduling was a disaster. You guys need to work on this.

Washing machine broke. Sears came out and said it was a particular part. They want $400 to replace. I said yes. They ordered the part and scheduled return in a few days. Part arrived late, had to reschedule service for following week. During delay, I looked up part and found it on numerous sites for $12.00. A $12.00 part! Could not cancel service. Feel victimized!

Your AI is not good. I wanted someone to stop by for my dishwasher and ice maker. I could get it do both and you have no human available to trouble shoot. I won’t use this again if AI is the only option. UPDATE: I've called the number listed below AND IT CONNECTED ME BACK TO THE AI! Additionally, I went to the website below and can only chat with another (even worse) AI that only has pre-populated questions. There is now user chat. I want my service fee back since the problems weren't fix and I can't get anyone out here to help without paying an additional fee.

I have no problem with the service from your technicians, but I do have complaints about what a customer has to do to schedule a service call. You end up waiting on line for 15-20 minutes, sometimes referred to another office, and then once an appointment is made, you receive half a dozen emails telling you when to expect the technician. Service was scheduled today from 8 am to noon. The tech shows up at 1:20 pm with no call. He indicated his time was 1 PM to 5 PM. Don't you communicate with the techs? Previous to today, I was scheduled for Monday, received the requisite six emails about the appt., and then on the morning of the appointment, was told, no tech would be coming due to some problem, and I had to reschedule. Your service is too compartmentalized and inefficient.

JD came before and bragged about how he could fix anything and fixed nothing. He gave us his personal mobile number so we could call him rather than Sears. He missed what was wrong with the dishwasher and when we mentioned having trouble with the frig filter, he jammed it in and we ended up with water all over inside the frig and the floor.

We scheduled a regular maintence call for our dryer. Everything was fine. Now a few days later, the dryer is making a very loud noise. Can’t get them to come out til next weekend.
