Technician was great but it took 4 days of appointments for him to have a slot at my house. I spent more than 2 dozen hours waiting as the stop counts went down until I was rescheduled for the next day. My appointment was for Tuesday and now it is Friday, June 28. I’m washing my first batch since June 17. I have full maintenance agreement

George was an amazing technician once the part was ordered. It came within five days although it actually took six months to get the part because their warehouse was out of this part for my dishwasher. George came today to fix the dishwasher and noticed in panel that was ordered was bent. He called the insurance company for me Got me a check double what the original buyout was for my dishwasher. He is so very personable, and went out of his way to help me. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend the company because they don’t have humans to set appointments you get stuck in their system with no one to talk to. Assurant And Sears I great together. Sears parts department was out of the liner for my dishwasher for six months.

Happy that the part got fixed even though it took 2 calls and almost 3 weeks. Unhappy because the gas line was not properly connected and gas was leaking. Got home and smell was very strong. Technician should have done a soap water test. My husband did and tightened it.

The washer was not repaired. The technician recommended to purchase another washer but failed to explain that our sears warranty should pay us if they can not repair the machine.

This was my worst experience with Sears. The technician didn't know what he was doing and ordered the wrong parts. He asked me for tools to do his job and then took them with him. He left my washing machine in a complete mess.

Sears Home Services technician Stanislav complained about parking on the street and seemed annoyed upon arrival to my home. He is the 2nd Sears technician attempting to repair my refrigerator. He changed the compressor and it still doesn’t work. I have been without a refrigerator for 4 weeks now due to Sear’s lack of incompetent technicians. Another Sears tech was scheduled to arrive today 2/20/26, from 8-12. Sergio, the tech just called at 1:15 to ask what’s wrong and said I’m on my way to take a look at it ! Wow …seriously. Shame on them . So disappointed at them and very unprofessional on their behalf. Now the estimated time of arrival is 2 ish This is the 3rd technician from Sears who has attempted to repair the issue without a solution. He now states another part will need to be ordered. He also mentioned once this part is replaced, he does not guarantee this will solve the issue in hand. Moreover , he’s not sure how long it will take for the part to be ordered , nor when it will arrive. Smh…..

Terrible time trying to make a simple water valve replacement. Three different visits to my home were required. Could never speak to a human at Support, and the AI box was less than useless.

The overall customer service from the company itself (SEARS) is AWFUL. They spent over TWO MONTHS just delaying this repair and taking forever to acquire the part needed to complete the assignment. THEN it took 4 DIFFERENT technicians to correctly diagnose the problem and get it finally fixed. The worst part is Sears has switched to an AI Customer Service Experience which disables the customer from speaking to anyone from this company to address these issues. We were literally at the mercy of weaponized incompetence. What a crap service. DO NOT USE SEARS.
