We have dogs so I always request that the service person coming text me when they get here. I called and left a message for Ryan reiterating this and explained that my phone does not answer unrecognized phone #'s (his is one of those) but texting works. He arrived and from the moment he stepped out of his truck he had his attitude in hand and yelled at me that I should not expect him to read and text back while he is driving which is absolutely correct as it is against the law. I tried to explain that I did not expect him to do that and it blew up from there. The professional thing to do would have been to text me as he is leaving (all the other service people do this) and then again when he gets here. He wouldn't let me talk, his yelling turned into screaming at me and that is when he turned around and walked away never even seeing my dryer which is in the garage at the back of the house and he never made it that far. I have a witness to this as a friend was here and heard the entire exchange. It was a mess! I have another appointment request and I would not like Ryan to be the responding service person. Thank you.
