Jericho was great! Called before he came over, was on time and professional. Offered us the home warranty coverage and to apply for credit card. Answered all our questions and explained what he was doing very well. Jericho tested a part we purchased to show us it didn't work and diagnosed our problem. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend Jericho!

Have to wait 24 hours to see if problem is fixed. Carlos was professional and understood the issue and using his expertise fixed the underlying problem, but have to wat 24 hours to see if the issue is fixed or not.
