I cannot speak highly enough of the experience. From the moment he arrived, Gary’s professionalism and expertise were immediately evident. He possesses a phenomenal, encyclopedic amount of knowledge when it comes to household appliances. In my specific case, he was dealing with my air conditioning unit, and his diagnostic process was completely seamless. What impressed me the most was Gary’s keen eye. He was able to accurately diagnose the primary issue through a thorough visual inspection. However, true to the mark of a seasoned professional, he didn't just stop there. He proceeded to perform standard, comprehensive diagnostic checks to ensure there were no underlying or secondary issues hiding within the system.
