We had an appointment for the repair and waited 5 hours, only to then be notified that the appointment was rescheduled to another day. The rescheduled appointment was to be in a window of 8-noon but the service man didnt come until after 1. The service man himself was great: professional, friendly, neat, and skilled. Too bad he works for such a poorly managed company.

The technician was good and the washer worked great the first cycle and now we are having the same problem once again. We need it to be functioning correctly all the time.

Happy with the representative, but the call center should have let me know that no parts for my fridge can be ordered before I was charged $130. I gave them all of the model information and photos when I scheduled my service. I have tried repeatedly to get ahold of a representative at Sears and I can’t find anyone to talk to me. Extremely disappointed

The technician was great. Your AI program sucks. You can’t even get through to someone to talk to. They never sent an email for me to get a NEW FREEZER. No one said how to get one. No one person even called. My computer is broken. It’s been 2 1/2 months since I had a freezer. I need a new freezer soon. So if someone can call that would be great. Send me something in the mail. That would help me out.

I contacted America Home Shield to get my washer repaired for the 4th time for the exact same problem and the Sears technicians fixed the washer, but moved my dryer in the process. Now the dryer has the power failure error message and the technicians refused to come back and undo their mistake unless I complete another service request through AHS) and pay another $100 service fee. This is complete scam since the work is not done properly and the warranty company does the minimum with active contracts.
