The technicians are good. Sears, once a quality company, is now the worst possible company I can think of. Completely lacking in any sort of customer service, Sears couldn’t possibly care less about you. I suspect they treat the employees like garbage, too. RUN, don’t walk away.

2 appointments, no call no show. Zero care for anyone's time. How do customers get charged if we miss an appointment but we never see the missed income back from missing work waiting for a repair guy that doesn't exists. Last Samsung appliance I'll ever buy. I'll post 1 star reviews daily untill someone reaches out to me 🤣

I will not use sears repair again. The technician that came out to check my ac didn’t do a complete check on the ac. Didn’t check the unit outside just inside and didn’t look very professional.

Zero stars if I could. Guy showed up and sat in his car for several minutes. Finally comes in and sees the oven light bulb on the stove and asks if that’s what he’s there for. He was told no and then we explained the problem. He was so rude and mumbled and we think he said the issue was a weak oven igniter. We were charged $409!!! We asked about the oven bulb and he refused to install it, telling us they are hard to put in. Andouille we never ever ever ever use Sears again

They have made 5 appointments and never showed up once .it was to fix ice maker they put in 3weeks ago about 700.00 dollars

The refrigerator is still leaking underneath, the technician either don’t know how to fix it or just don’t want to. The leak is coming from behind and under the refrigerator. Here are three pictures. This is what he said was the problem and it’s not the coupler it dose not leak at all.

Clifford does not do any work. He never once looked at any part on my washing machine. He leaned on it for about 15 minutes. Asked one question. And said a part was bad. How can someone diagnose what is wrong when they dont take the appliance apart? Charged me 119 dollars for NOTHING. And when I called to get a refund they told me they cannot do a refund, saying the technician did their job. NO CLIFFORD DID NOT DO HIS JOB! You are cheating people out of money. And when I call the number to get a resolution it take me to an AI prompt. Its very hard and frustrating to talk to anyone in this company. DO NOT USE SEARS HOME SERVICES EVER!

My refrigerator worked fine with the exception of the lowest level of a 2 tear freezer. Since I originally purchased the refrigerator at a Sears, I decided to use Sears Home Sevices (Sears Appliance Repair). I called and scheduled a technician to come out through their automated phone service. When the technician showed up, he knelt down and looked into the freezer and within 2 minutes diagnosed it as a faulty exhaust fan. He never pulled the fridge out, never looked at the back or any other part of the refrigerator. I assumed he knew what he was doing. He ordered the part and I paid for both the part and installation in advance. A week later, a second technician came out to install the previously ordered exhaust fan. This technician said that the first technician totally misdiagnosed the problem. He pulled the refrigerator out, checked the back and diagnosed a totally new problem, actually two problems requiring 2 new parts, neither of which was an exhaust fan. Again, I had to pay for the parts and future installation in advance. I’m now into this for Vover $1,100. A return trip was scheduled for 10 days later to install these new parts. It should be noted that as soon as the second technician left, the ice maker, refrigerator and freezer no longer worked. The entire refrigerator/freezer no longer works. So, I have been without a working refrigerator for two weeks. Today the technician was supposed to come out and install the parts. The technician never show up during the 4-hour service window. I received no text messages or calls that he was not coming or would be delayed. So I called to find out how delayed he would be, I couldn’t talk to a live person because it is an automated phone system. All I was electronically told was that my “installation appointment” had already passed, and it asked if I wanted to reschedule the appointment. Well, I didn’t want to reschedule, but they did it anyways for another week out and on a day I cannot be there. Since I couldn’t talk to anybody over the phone, I thought I would drive out to the shop and talk to the people in person. The business address listed on the website as 1351 E. Hatch Rd. in Ceres. So I drove there and discovered, 1351 East Hatch Rd is an old abandoned K-Mart store. I got a very bad feeling about this company…and if you are considering using them …. you should too.
