The technician provided expert/excellent service. The only complaint I have is never being able to talk to a live person before or after service. You have to “talk” to an AI agent, even if you are in a Chat. There is no way to bypass the AI agent! The price was low because it was through a Home Warranty program.

Richard did a good job, but he left his drill and the part that he replaced. I can understand maybe leaving the old part to show that he replaced the part, but perhaps he could have just shown us the part and then thrown it away. Moreover, he needs to come back and pick up his drill.
