I wasn't happy with the service need to be more customer service and more helpful towards a customer instead of a easy basic trouble shooting clean filters and was explained was done already need to look more what customer is asking for, be more caring for customer demands and security needs .

The AC only worked for a couple of hours then stopped again. He seemed to be in a hurry when he came. I called Choice Warranty and I was told to call Sears. I don't even have the phone number. It would be great if he had a business card.

Tech left a hose unhooked, washer flooded through the ceiling downstairs, still waiting for repair. This is the third time in one month I have had to call Sears for repair for this Kenmore washer.

Pre charged $367 for installation of a part on my freezer door. Canceled the repair and hoping to get a refund for services not rendered. Part was $212 and received it, but at this point, don't really need it, but will keep it for the future if I do need it. Problem is trying to TALK to a real live person! The address in Modesto is a CLOSED K MART. There's that!

It took three technicians to diagnose the actual Problem. RANDY was very professional, he reviewed what the technicians before him had done, found the actual issue, Educated me on how to solve the problem and issued the refund except for the service call. I really appreciate his knowledge and suggestions for the future regarding this appliance. I will not use Sears And I’m very glad I did not sign up for the full home warranty program that they have. The only positive thing I can say about this program is that it’s easy to book appointments. Another downside is that the same technician does not return when it takes more than one visit to resolve your issue.

Sears is terrible they wasted my day only to have a technician come and say he couldn't work on stove unless I signed waiver.
