This technician accused me of taking advantage of the company when I noticed damage that was not there before and it was there after. He went on the defensive mode and left a mess on the surface of the door. His comment was that he needs to clean the door and asked me for something to clean it and started laughing at me about my complaint. His reasoning said that damage does not affect the dishwasher and it’s only cosmetic

Jeff almost stepped onto the carpet without putting on shoe protectors. He dropped the freezer drawer gliders and original/replacement ice makers. He coughed and did not have a mask on. He did not lay out a blanket and intentionally tossed old/dirty parts onto the carpet. He did not want to clean up excess water, black filter residue, and his hair from inside the freezer until confronted. He continuously argued with the home owner, put ice maker handle into the “down” position without the ice bucket, and slammed the freezer drawer closed. He kicked the refridgerator kickplate grill but kicked it back into place, not putting it back by hand. Most importantly, he threw ice cubes 9 ft across the kitchen towards the sink and home owner, one shattering into sharp pieces and hitting the home owner in the eye, another landing on the kitchen floor and he didn’t pick it up; when confronted, he made excuses and said “it was just one little one… when the water gets on the ice, the ice cube will melt”, which is not relevant to causing potential serious injury. Finally, he did not install the replacement ice maker level, which will require another technician to install it properly.

*Update - as you can see in their response, they ask to call the 800 number, which puts you into a queue and can take upwards of 30-40 mins to navigate to or reach a person. No, I won't call, there is no making up for a complete lack of accountability or lack of respect for people's time. I have over 5 years of bad experiences with this branch and I'm frankly sick and tired of it. Original Review: Rating is not reflective of the repair techs but of the business. They regularly reschedule appointments without contacting you, afternoon appointments are hit or miss on if they make it, and will cancel / tell you they have to come back because the work order was entered wrong. How this place is running is beyond me. With all the technology these days it’s not hard to keep things organized or scheduled properly. I have regularly had bad experiences with this location / office for 5 years and only use them when I have no other option.

My first appointment was cancelled after I waited around all day for the 4 hour window. The second visit was a 10a-2p window, and he came at 3:40p. I had no notification he was going to come almost two hours late. It’s impossible to get a hold of a human for support. Lastly, the tech came and said he couldn’t repair the washer because it’s a stackable set up, so he did nothing and said it has to be rescheduled again. I absolutely don’t recommend working with this company, although I didn’t have a choice because it’s who Samsung contracts for who knows what reason.
