Attempting to obtain the necessary repair on my Dishwashers at 3629 lisbon dr. Part ordered have arrived.

Tech seems knowledgeable. Their appointment scheduling is horrible - got rescheduled 5x and mostly last minute after waiting the whole day 🤷🏻‍♂️. I was told that the system doesn’t know if you are a rescheduled customer, so you can be “ranked” again as low in the prioritization for that rescheduled date (repeat that 5x). I do not recommend.
