Only giving four stars because the repair man wasn’t able to solve the problem. It’s a vintage range that had no model number anywhere so I don’t blame the guy. Otherwise service was prompt and professional.

I didn’t get the repairman’s name, but I loved that he was punctual both times he came out. He was very nice and professional. Only complaint is that the whole process took over a month, which was very inconvenient being without a washer for so long!

Remember going here as a little kid with my parents. I was very excited to get new clothes from here. I wish they could bring back Sears to sell new clothes or stuff. Thanks for the amazing memories. ☺️

Pablo was awesome. He was friendly, professional and got the job done really fast. The only reason I gave him four stars, instead of five stars was because he would not let me vacuum out the bottom cabnet of the dryer while he had it taken apart, without charging me fifty dollars.

Service guy says he couldnt find anything wrong and said it was how the drain hose was positioned, ran a 20 minute quick wash empty, charged us and left. We are still having the problem. Wash starts then we get "SUDS" then SE error 1/3 thru cycle. We press start and it runs for a bit and does it again. 3 hours later we have tto put it on spin only cycle just to get the clothes out. It doesn't matter if we have a light or normal load. I can put 3 tshirts in and it does it. We thought it was too much detergent so we went to one pod instead of dispenser. Doesn't matter. We put a tiny bit in dispenser and it does it. Using Tide or Arm N Hammer. Pods, liquid, powder... no difference. I've deep cleaned it, still no fix. We drain gallons of water out. We hear it start to drain normally, but still errors.
