My ice maker was not working. They had it working again in about 10 minutes and took the time to explain what was going on. Very pleasant experience.

The tech was professional and tried to fix our problem, however there wa nothing he could do so no our problem was not solved I’m not happy with this company no idea when this claim will be taken care of. We have an Warranty on our freezer

The service was excellent, they were in and out with the repair and diagnosed it properly. The only thing that was delayed was parts but they came in sooner than usual. It was all covered by warranty but the cost was up there
