Edit: I reached out as instructed in the reply. Not only was I not able to get assistance or reach a real person, the second appointment I scheduled to have the repairman come back was cancelled. I am not disputing charges with my bank. Don’t use sears home repairs!!! Washer is still broken. Repair man was dishonest with how he charged me. The offer said they waived the diagnostic fee but he charged me the same amount in “labor” and then added additional repair charges on top. All he did was remove a coin from the drain pump and left. The washer still doesn’t work.

Beyond pissed. Had sears cancel three appointments in a row. No live agents everything is ai. I’ve been with out a refrigerator for two months. Worst service imaginable.

I’m writing to express my frustration regarding the unresolved issue with my unit. Despite the recent service visit, the problem still has not been fixed and remains ongoing. Additionally, I was told “I’m sorry” as a response, but unfortunately, that doesn’t resolve the issue or compensate for the food I’ve had to throw away due to the malfunction. I’m extremely disappointed with how this has been handled so far.

The technician James was Awesome! The AI scheduling and updates are awful. My time slot window was 1 - 5, so I took the afternoon off work. I received a tracking page to track my technician, it told me I was two stop away and her would be at my house by 3:30. Refresh the tracking to see where he is at, This didn’t work. By 4 when he wasn’t there, I went rounds with the AI bot Richard. He couldn’t give me a phone number for a human, or provide them with a way to contact me. By 5 when no one showed up, I told home he wasn’t here (as Richard asked me to) and left my house at 5:15 to visit my husband in a care facility in Modesto. I no sooner got on the freeway when I received a text that my technician would be at my house by 5:46. The tech did show, I had already diagnosed the issue (which I told the first bot and asked her to have him get one on the truck) but he didn’t have the part. I had no way to contact a human and the AI wouldn’t help. I felt bad for the technician as he mentioned he had to reach out to the bots too! Very poor communication from the company.

Took them months to get out to me after constantly rescheduling my appointment due to “parts on back order”. I had the part sitting at home for over a month and yet they still kept pushing out my appointment. I explained to him the loud screeching noise coming from behind the refrigerator and he had no clue what i was talking about. He asked me to record a video when the refrigerator makes the noise and send it to him. I did exactly as he said only to be left on read. Dont ever use these guys for any appliances repairs, you will not get any good results whatsoever.

Only let me speak to an AI agent and cancelled the appointment an hour after it was supposed to start. I was trying to fix my fridge, so it's not really something that can wait, and the fact they waited so long made it so I don't know if I can get another company's help before all my food goes bad. No explanation as to why it was cancelled, they just did it. Very unhelpful 👎🏻
