The repair person did not have ID or introduce himself. He did not give an estimate for the service. I did not receive an invoice of the service. He said it’s all AI and it would be emailed to me. I have not gotten an email and feel I was overcharged for the part.the Samsung part was $69 on line and he said my part was close to $300. This was after the repair was done and I questioned him. I feel this is bogus as I cannot speak to a live person.

Wasn’t able to fix it again. I’ve been waiting since November. They got the parts mixed up. No fault of the technician. So, still not fixed.

I have never left a bad review. My father's experience was terrible. My elderly father who lives alone needed his dishwasher fixed. The person Nathaniel C. arrived and immediately asked to use his bathroom. Which he messed up and my father had to clean up after him. He spent a few minutes looking at the dishwasher. He would not talk to my dad. Would not answer any of his questions. The Nathaniel presented him with a $322 dollar bill. No estimate before. Nathaniel said he fixed it and it was a loose wire. He pressured my dad to pay it. He didn't do any work. I'm livid. Sears has not responded to my request for a refund. Watch out for this guy. Or just avoid Sears.

Technician never showed up to the service call, I missed 2 days of work waiting for someone but no one ever bothered to call or let me know they weren't going to come to repair my refrigerator. I am very very disappointed with the service I have received, I will be contacting Hime Depot and explaining the situation, and hopefully never use this service again

Did not show up. I was parked in my vehicle at the mailbox from 7:30 am until 12:30pm. I did not sign off on any contract as my email stated. This is a real mix up on Pablo V. and quite the mystery. After all it is close to Halloween. I certainly did not appreciate the time wasted. Better luck next time.

The insurance send him to look at my dishwasher. He didn't even bother opening the dishwasher to see what really was going on and he reported back to the insurance that it was damage by pest. Never again

DO NOT BUY A SEARS WARRANTY!!!!!!!! AFTER 7 SERVICE APPOINTMENTS AND FIVE TECHNICIANS AND FOUR SETS OF PARTS IN SIX MONTHS, HOURS UPON HOURS OF PHONE CALLS MY 3 YEAR OLD LG DISHWASHER IS NOT REPAIRED. ALL TECHNICIANS SAY IT NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. THE COMPANY WILL NOT REPLACE IT. WORTHLESS MONEY GRUBBING PHARSE. SEARS WARRANTY IS DEFINITELY A SCAM
