My technician was on time, polite and efficient. He didn't try to upsell or pressure me into anything. He was very informative and showed me the issues and concerns. He then completed the work and cleaned up after he was done. Very Good Service

The Sears service tech Dameon was great and my washer/dryer is working well. However, when you call Sears, you can only talk with AI. No live rep available at all so if you have to reschedule, it's a real challenge.
