Emmanuel came on a recall call. He moved my machine, climbed in behind it, and with the help of his support team, realized that my washer ( 43 years old) finally died. He spent a good amount of time checking everything and did a great job. I want him to be my permanent tech. He is great. Works very hard. Listens. Does great. Give him a raise. If you can't do that, take him out to dinner. He makes you guys look very good.
