Technician Jesus is knowledgeable, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. He has decades of experience and brings this to every assignment. He gave me every confidence that repairs he does under Sears is backed up with proven efficacy Yesterday, 4/11/25 Technitian Ruben evaluated my refrigerator. He had all his tools and a good attitide and answered my questions truthfully and respectfully. He knows what he's doing and gave me info on what may occur after he cleaned out the rust from the back panel of my freezer. Ruben is welcome back to diagnose and repair any of mt appliances.
