Technician Jesus is knowledgeable, respectful, and a pleasure to have in my home. He has decades of experience and brings this to every assignment. He gave me every confidence that repairs he does under Sears is backed up with proven efficacy Yesterday, 4/11/25 Technitian Ruben evaluated my refrigerator. He had all his tools and a good attitide and answered my questions truthfully and respectfully. He knows what he's doing and gave me info on what may occur after he cleaned out the rust from the back panel of my freezer. Ruben is welcome back to diagnose and repair any of mt appliances. Technician, Jesus, arrived on time and advised me of his arrival. He got right to work checking everything out. He instructed me how and when to cleanout the washing machine filter every so many months. He was patient and helpful. Only concern is that I didn t receive a detail of the status of the machines. I'm not certain if there is a forthcoming report re each item. I'll await for a follow up. Also, no one told me there would be a service fee of $198. I found this on a subsequent email w a pdf attached. Left a msg w a supervisorial man's vm to clarify. No one returned my call yesterday. I purchased a 5 year service warranty. During Civid, one of the 4 years, the service was unable to be completed. Please advise how to follow up. TY
